Services, Estimates and Payment

All work is subject to the estimate, work order or agreement provided for that job. Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Warranty terms for equipment and labor are provided in writing with each job.

SMS Program Terms

Program name: SunRize Mechanical Customer Alerts

Program description: By checking the SMS consent box on our website or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive text messages from SunRize Mechanical LLC at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Technician on-the-way and arrival notices
Estimates, invoices and payment reminders
Service updates and follow-ups
Maintenance and tune-up reminders
Promotional offers and seasonal specials, only if you separately opt in to marketing messages

Message frequency: Varies. Typically 2 to 6 messages per service appointment, plus occasional maintenance reminders. Marketing subscribers may receive up to 4 promotional messages per month.

Service: "SunRize Mechanical: Your appointment is confirmed for Tue 11/18 between 8-10am. Reply C to confirm or call (208) 699-9468 to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out."
Service: "SunRize Mechanical: Your technician Mike is on the way and should arrive in about 20 minutes. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
Marketing Example (Not Real): "SunRize Mechanical: Fall furnace tune-ups are $20 off through 11/30. Book at sunrizehvac.com or call (208) 699-9468. Reply STOP to opt out."

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability
